Edmund Optics ships from regional warehouses in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Stated lead times are estimates based on current inventory and production schedules. While we make every effort to meet quoted delivery dates, lead times are not guaranteed and Edmund Optics is not liable for delays caused by supply chain disruptions, customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
Standard catalog products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, undamaged condition for a refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee. Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable unless they fail to meet the agreed-upon specifications documented in the purchase order. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained from our customer service team prior to shipment.
Edmund Optics warrants that products conform to their published specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, exposure to conditions outside specified operating ranges, or modification by the customer. Our liability is limited to replacement of non-conforming product or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
